These terms and conditions apply to dance classes provided by kathakclub.com. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the terms described on the Website without notice.
The Fees for the dance classes shall be as set out on the Website or as told to you over the telephone at the time you get admission to online dance classes.
One month's fee must be paid in advance before you attend or access any Online classes.
We shall be entitled to stop the classes with immediate effect if the student acts in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening, or harassing manner towards any teacher.
The student should join the class within 10 minutes of the assigned time or the teacher will leave the session. The said class will be counted.
No refund of the tuition fee will be made as a result of
• Cancellations made after the month has started
• Leaves or absences from the classes
Once the fee is paid, the student is required to join the classes within One months from the date of depositing the fee. The fee is valid for three months only.
The student who fails to pay the stipulated tuition fee within five days by the prescribed date, will have to pay late fee charges of Rs. 50 per day. In such case, If the student doesn’t respond, we will issue a warning or temporarily/ indefinitely suspend or terminate the classes.
The students who skip the classes for one month, they have to pay 50% extra for the rejoining classes.
The students, learning individually, are required to give 24-hour prior information with a valid reason, if they want to reschedule the class otherwise it will be considered as a class.
The students, learning in a group can’t request rescheduling the classes. If they have a valid reason for the absence from the class, they can ask for the video of that class.
As per the requirement, students can shift from individual to group and group to the individual. However, it can be done only on the completion of the month and depending on the availability in each segment. The fee will also be revised accordingly.
The student should have proper internet connectivity, a camera, etc. for hassle-free dance learning.
By registering with Kathakclub.com, you agree to allow us to contact you through any mode of communication (Email/Chat/Telephone call) for any confirmation or service-related information on the contact details provided by you. Any kind of legal implication raised, due to the incorrect nature of the details provided by you, kathakclub.com will not be held responsible for the same.
You agree to assume the defence of Kathakclub.com and also to indemnify, absolve, and keep Kathakclub, along with its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, and representatives free of claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses - including reasonable lawyer's fees & accounting fees. This applies to any breaches of these Terms or policies, improper use of the Kathakclub Platform or any Services, interactions with other Customers/Instructors (including without limitation any claims for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during such interaction), or breaching any laws/regulations or third party rights.
These Terms shall be subject to the laws of India and nothing shall give rise to personal jurisdiction over Kathakclub outside Greater Noida. Any claim or dispute between the User and Kathakclub will be heard solely in a court of competent jurisdiction situated in Greater Noida.
If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible to give effect to the intent of the parties reflected in that provision. All other Terms remain unchanged.
You will receive information or Payment Methods, confirmation messages, and notices and the Services via SMS, Whatsapp, and electronic means, for example, via email to the email address provided under your Account.
Kathakclub.com shall not be accountable for any losses or damages caused by force majeure or other similar situations, either directly or indirectly to the Platform/ Services. Such scenarios may include but are not limited to disputes, government action, war and threats of war, sabotage, civil unrest, demonstrations, fires, floods, explosions, pandemics, epidemics, and earthquakes as well as limitations in resources and delayed authorizations. In any such event, Kathakclub.com reserves the right to suspend or limit the Platform/ Services until further notice.
